Pilar Osorio-Godoy
Pilar is a Chilean-American born in Michigan who grew up in Chile, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Agronomy Engineering. She moved to Rochester in 2015 to complete her graduate studies at the University of Rochester where she received her Master of Science in Finance from Simon Business School. She also has a Global MBA from the Universidad de Chile. Pilar has 13 years of experience in Supply Chain and Planning and has worked in North and South America, with partners and customers all over the world, including North, Central, and South America, Europe, and Asia.
Pilar has volunteered throughout the years with several organizations. She has been a volunteer with Gcler for about 2 years and has supported the organization and implementation of several events during this time. She has also volunteered with the Rochester Humane Society – Lollypop Farm, providing love and care for dogs, and Foodlink Foodbank in Rochester. She currently volunteers with the University of Rochester Alumni Association leading the Chile Alumni Network. Pilar also is a member of the DE&I Committee at the Rochester Women’s Network (non-profit).
Pilar is a Voice-Over artist, a Dog-Lover, and enjoys crafts such as needle felting, reading, writing, and learning new skills. She is also a dancer and singer with the Mexican culture group “Alma de Mexico”. She is an avid world traveler and is always curious and eager to visit new places and learn about different cultures, food, and history.
